Q: Is my personal information confidential?

Q: When will I receive my package?
A: Order processing time is 3-5 (working days)
     Shipping Time: 8-14 (natural days)

Q: How do I place a customized order?
A: Some of our products offer customization options. Our customer service representatives are available to discuss customization features, provide quotes and estimate lead times. Please note:standard lead time for fixtures is 1-2 weeks.If you need expedited customization, please contact us at support@cityfurns.com

Q: How do I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel all or part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not guarantee cancellation until you receive an email confirming your cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please see the Return Policy for more information

Q: I'm in a hurry, can I rush my order?
A: Yes you can. If you need faster delivery, please contact us for a quote on expedited shipping.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: If you want to return an item you may do so within 30 days of receipt as long as it is defined as a returnable item. Please contact Customer Service support@cityfurns.com.

Q: What should I do if an item is lost or damaged during delivery?
A: Please contact us at support@cityfurns.com within 7 days of receiving your order (or tracking marking it as delivered) to discuss lost or damaged items and we will be sure to resolve any issues promptly.

Q: WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATIONN?
A: We do not keep any information about you, even if you create an accouunt, we only keep limited information about you, we keep this information for the purpose of processing submitted orders andbilling or shipping information.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Once your order package leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number to track its shipping status. 

Q: What do I do if my product has a problem during the warranty period?
A: If you experience a problem with any product you purchased from Cityfurns that offers a manufacturer warranty, please contact Cityfurns Customer Service. We will either facilitate a resolution and we will contact the manufacturer so that they will assist customer.
