Cityfurn is committed to making your shopping experience a great one, providing you with quality products and excellent service every time. We provide delivery of applicable products for each order shipped. Please make sure you have the correct shipping address.

Here are some details about our shipping services.

Free shipping on all orders.

We divide the time between when you place your order and when you receive your product into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: 3-5 business days

Shipping time: 8-14 business days

Shipping Country: United States 

Note: 1. For packages with a maximum diameter over 110CM ( 43 inches) You may need to wait more extended time(At least 25-35 nature days).

How will my order be shipped?
Most lamps will be shipped by UPS, FedEx, EMS, or USPS. If there are any special shipping needs, please contact our customer support at support@cityfurns.com.

What if there is shipping damage?
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours if there is any shipping damage. Shipping companies (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL) will only accept shipping damage claims within seven days of product delivery. Therefore, if you do not contact us within seven days, you will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping damage. If the damage was caused in transit, you have the option of a refund or replacement.

About changing order information or canceling an order
1. If your address is wrong and the product has not been shipped, You can go to support@cityfurns.com helps you change your address information; Once the product is shipped, we cannot change the address information. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
2. If you do not want the product, you can contact us to help you cancel your order (details can be found in the refund policy). However, you need to contact us at support@cityfurns.com before shipping the order. We cannot cancel an order  Once the product is shipped. If you insist that you do not want your package, you can contact us to return it after you receive it. I appreciate your understanding! Shipping and order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email after your order has been shipped. Once the product has been sent and delivered to the logistics provider, we will provide a tracking number.

About Tax
We will bear all taxes on all products purchased from our website.

How do I track my order?
Our delivery time begins when the order is accepted. Your products will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note: During promotions, this may take longer.
When the package leaves the warehouse, the tracking number will be sent to you via the contact information you provided. Using the tracking number, you can check the latest location of your package.
Please note: The waybill number must match the shipping service company.
If you are still unable to track your order, please contact us at support@cityfurns.com for support.

Work with Customs for clearance.
Depending on the products’ availability, products will be shipped from our warehouse in overseas. If it is shipped from overseas, in rare cases, it may require you to contact Customs to provide validating information and pay import taxes if there are any. Unfortunately, that is something out of our control.
Unfortunately, only the receiver, not the sender, can work with Customs for the clearance. If you refuse to work with Customs and result in the package being sent back to us, we can not refund your payment. Note: Please get in touch with us before submitting the information to Customs.

What if I can’t find my package?
In rare cases, you may not be able to find your product, even if the tracking information from the shipping agent (such as FedEx or UPS) shows that it was delivered. Please don’t worry! We are always here to help, and we will make sure you will receive the product you order. Please get in touch with us within 30 days. After that time, claims for lost packages cannot be made to the shipping agent, and there is nothing we can do about it.
